  14. Can anyone enlighten this novice on using software to upgrade your modem. I 
  15. just installed a US Robotics 28.8 and it works fine but I keep reading these 
  16. units can be upgraded via software but no software for the modem came with 
  17. the unit. Also how and where do you set software for higher throughput (57.6 
  18. and 115.2)? Do the internet providers use this higher throughput?
